The Joshua Project 423 (JP423) is a mission (hosted by N.C.L. Inc.) targeted to underserved young men that focuses on five key areas - discipleship, education, mentoring, equipping, and development (D.E.M.E.D.). This mission is called to transform one young man at a time which in turn makes great change in many generations to come.

FACTS:
  1. Underserved males are subject to single parent households.
  2. Underserved males are subject to mass incarceration.
  3. Underserved males are subject to miseducation.
  4. Underserved males are subject to gentrification. 
  5. Underserved males are often not connected to the people or places in the community that lead to their long-term success. 
  6. Underserved males lack the resources to successfully transitions into adulthood.

PROJECT SCRIPTURES: 
  • Joshua 24:15 - ”And if it seems evil to you to serve the Lord, choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the River, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you dwell. But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.”
  • Numbers 27:18 - ”And the Lord said to Moses: “Take Joshua the son of Nun with you, a man in whom is the Spirit, and lay your hand on him;“
